About Moore's Miniature World by the Website Designer
Ian and Bev Moore produced all the finely detailed models exhibited on this website. Further models will be added to the site on a regular basis.
Obtaining biographical information from Ian and Bev has not been easy. When I visited their luxury penthouse in the bustling metropolis of Cleckheaton with a view to obtaining a full, warts 'n all biography, I was met with a wall of silence.
It transpired that the previous evening, both Ian and Bev had participated in a meths sampling session with the lads from the nearby Trappist Monastery, Pump Abbey. So enthusiastic were they in their exploration into the effects of "The Spirit" that they were talked into undertaking Trappist vows by a mischievous monk, Brother Keith.
Communication difficulties were further exacerbated later that evening when Bev hand-signed the phrase "Would you like a coffee, Ian" which was misread by her soul mate as "Get off your fat lazy arse and paint the garage!” This created a stand-off between the two.
With not much forthcoming through interview, I resorted to the old hack's trick of searching through the Moore family's refuse bin for clues to their lives.
I can now tell the public that Bev and Ian Moore live on a diet of rissoles, Pot Noodles and fish fingers, they go through fifteen bog rolls a week and receive a lot of false promises from Tom Champagne of Reader's Digest.
They also produce stunning models.
Ian's favourite authors are 19, blonde and nubile.
